Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 15195

An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Express.ConnectionInfo)

The MUST_CHANGE option is not supported by this version of Microsoft Windows. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 15195)

When creating a new login, on the General properties page, check to make sure that the "User must change password at next login" checkbox is NOT checked. This should fix this problem.
